Merging Two Accounts

Currently, our registration page does not allow you to register for two courses using the same user account. As a result, a unique username must be used each time you register a new access code. If both of your courses are on the same platform (i.e.,, we can merge your accounts from our end.

To merge two accounts:

  1. Register your first access code and create your first account.
  2. Register your second code and create your second account.
  3. Give us a call at: (703)880-1180, ext. 200 (M-F, 9am-6pm EST),or email us.
  4. Provide us with information regarding the two accounts that you have created, and indicate which user account you would prefer to use. Once we have received this information, we will merge the accounts and simplify your course access.

Please note: If you are accessing your course via your school's Learning Management System (via Blackboard or Canvas), this option may be limited based on your instructor's unique setup.
