Using the Technical Support Help Button

Located on the bottom corner of every course page, the Technical Support Help Button offers easy access to our Help desk articles and allows you to contact us directly from your course. To use the Help button:

  1. Click on the Help button from any page within your course.
  2. In the search field, describe your issue with a few keywords. For example, if you want to learn how to change your password, simply type “change password.”
  3. Suggested help articles addressing your issue will appear below “Top results.”
  4. If the suggested articles do not resolve your issue, click “Contact us” to send us an email.
  5. On the “Contact us” screen, enter your personal information and a description of your issue. Please be as descriptive as possible.
  6. Click “Send.”
