Retaking a Course

If you have previously purchased an access code, you can absolutely retake the same course without purchasing a new access code. For example, if you purchased a Music Appreciation code, you can reuse it for another Music Appreciation course.

To retake a course, please email us or give us a call at: [phone], ext. 200 (M-F, 9am-6pm EST).

So that we can verify your previous enrollment, please provide us with:

• Your access code
• Email address
• Specific course previously

We will also need the following information regarding your new course:

• School
• Instructor
• Title
• Section #
