Suspended Students
If a student's registration has been marked as 'Suspended' on your roster, this may be due to a variety of reasons, such as a disputed payment on their access code or opting out of the school's RedShelf/Brytewave process. When a student's account has been suspended due to a disputed payment through our online store, our team typically notifies the student and offers them instructions on the steps needed to reactivate their account.
