Redeeming a RedShelf/Brytewave Code
If you have received a 16-digit RedShelf or Brytewave code from your campus bookstore, you will need to use the following process to gain access to your Connect For Education course text:
- To redeem your 16-digit code on the RedShelf site (https://redshelf.com) or the Brytewave site (https://brytewave.redshelf.com/), you must first create an account on their site. Note: your bookstore receipt should list the correct URL you will need to visit.
- Once you have created an account on the RedShelf or Brytewave site, enter your 16-digit code to redeem your 14-digit Connect For Education access code.
- Register your 14-digit Connect For Education access code either at https://register.c4edu.org/ or by accessing your course through your school's Canvas or Blackboard course sites. If you are not sure how to proceed with your registration once you've received your 14-digit Connect For Education access code, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (703)880-1180, ext. 200 (M-F, 9am-6pm EST).
Please note, Connect For Education is not affiliated with RedShelf or Brytewave and would not be able to assist with any issues related to account creation on the RedShelf or Brytewave sites. For any problems related to your RedShelf or Brytewave account or 16-digit RedShelf code, we recommend following up with your campus bookstore staff and/or instructor.
