Enabling Browser Cookies on an iPad or iPhone

Enable Browser Cookies for Safari

When using an iOS device (i.e., iPad or iPhone), you will need to be sure to first be sure browser cookies are enabled in the Safari browser application.

  1. From your home screen, locate and select the 'Settings' icon.
  2. Select ‘Safari' from the left-side menu bar (you may need to scroll down).
  3. On the 'Privacy & Security' pane (on the right), ensure that 'Block All Cookies' is NOT enabled. If enabled, this setting will need to be unchecked to prevent any issues with site access.
  4. In addition to ensuring cookies are enabled, please ensure that 'Prevent cross-site tracking' is NOT checked/enabled.

  1. Access the 'Settings' option on your iPad (you will need to be sure to adjust your settings here, and not inside of the Safari app).
  2. Locate the option for 'Safari' and tap to select it.
  3. Locate the 'Advanced' option and tap to select it.
  4. Adjust your settings to enable JavaScript.
